Construction on Rugby’s flagship Bellway development is nearing completion, with just six homes for sale.
Bellway South Midlands is building 191 new homes in Houlton Meadows, just off Crick Road in the new community of Houlton.

Construction work will begin on the site in 2018 and is expected to be completed in the summer.
Elaine Brown, Sales Director, Bellway South Midlands, said: We started construction on this site in 2018, so here you can see she has been building for 4 years and now the project is in its final stages.
“Houlton Meadows has proven to be a very popular development and it is great to see a vibrant new community taking shape. Easily accessible, Birmingham and Leicester are both less than an hour from home, and the proximity to the motorway network attracts many buyers.
“Parents were drawn here by the good selection of well-reputed schools in the area, including the convenience of having a new elementary school, St Gabriel’s CofE Academy, just around the corner. ‘s green spaces, nature reserves and woodlands are proving to be attractive to buyers, especially families.”
Among the residents who are already enjoying life at Houlton Meadows are Patrick Turner, 55, and his 17-year-old son.
Claims Operations Manager Patrick said:
“We are much better at hosting guests in our new house than in our old one. increase.
“I had friends and family visit the house and they liked the layout of the kitchen, living room and family areas. An open-plan space that can accommodate family gatherings is ideal.”
Alice Hammond and Harry King, also 23, are fellow residents and first-time buyers, and find the site’s location and nearby amenities ideal.
Alice says: It has its own school, shops, and roads that connect to existing routes, making it very easy to get around.
“The location of the development is great for commuting, with all major roads and highways within a few miles of the development, which is especially convenient for Harry who can commute to Northampton via the M1.
“Apart from commuting, the road connections make it incredibly quick to get to nearby spots like Daventry Country Park.
