Blockbuster is mostly remembered because the company closed all but one location in Bend, Oregon. However, die-hard fans of the famous 90s video rental chain noticed something had changed on the company’s official website, and soon began discussing the findings on his social media outlets.

When visiting blockbuster.coma screen with the company logo appears and the phrase “We are working on rewinding the movie”.

Blockbuster did not explain why it chose to revive its (previously dormant) website in a cryptic message, but Blockbuster will make a comeback on March 15 and rebrand it as a bank. I joked about it.

In 2020, Netflix premiered a documentary about the location in Bend, Oregon, aptly named “The Last Blockbuster.”
Last month, the last remaining store put up an ad during the Super Bowl, and it quickly went viral, with store manager Sandy Harding reporting a 200% increase in sales.
