See, I’m not saying you shouldn’t spell working conditions or working hours. Everything matters. However, these details should not be the main focus of your job description. Instead, write it like a sales pitch. Sell them the opportunity to work with you. The best employees have a choice, and you need to show them why you’re the number one choice for them.
With that in mind, here are four capabilities to include in your job description to send that message.
1. Employee voice
You can use the most persuasive words, but it’s okay if you can’t. Proof what you say. Many companies say they have a great culture and empower their employees.Do you believe that?
Here are better ways to convince superstars that you’re worth working for without making them feel like they’re selling you. Let the employees speak. For example, take testimonials from current employees to help candidates get a feel for what it’s like to work in a particular role. When you can imagine what it would be like to work for you through the eyes of your future colleagues, they are more likely to sell!
2. Success is
To help them further imagine themselves in the role, tell them what they need to do or who they need to be to win. What are their day-to-day responsibilities? What skills and qualities should they have?

3. How to help them succeed

Apprentice Technician: 4 weeks of apprenticeship training in the home location market and 4 weeks of technical training in Phoenix, Arizona.
Customer Support Specialist: Two weeks of remote customer service training.
