Sussex-based Michon McKay has acquired a new company.
Formed in 1987 by Alex McKay and the late Glenn Michon, Michon McKay completed the acquisition of Kemp Town-based real estate and rental agency Justin Lloyd.
Justin Lloyd’s real estate and leasing team will continue to reside in its St James Street office in Kempt Town, which will be added to Michon Mackay’s existing offices across Brighton, Hove and Sussex.
Alex Mackay, co-founder and owner of Michon Mackay said: “I am truly proud of the team that worked so hard to complete this acquisition. I look forward to watching it continue to grow.”
Justin Lloyd Director Sally Hubbard said: “We are delighted to have found a new owner who not only has an excellent long-term reputation, but shares Justin Lloyd’s values of providing excellent, personal service. is sure to give Michonne Mackay the best.
