Major franchise network expands after agreeing deal for independent agency

LSL Estate Agency Franchising has announced it has completed a franchise agreement with specialist lettings business, LetCo, as part of the expansion of its existing franchise business, Edwards Rose Property Group Ltd (ERPG).

LetCo is a well-established local agency based in Whiteley in the South West of England. The company has been led by Oliver Smart since 2015.

The business will now operate under the ownership of ERPG Ltd and will continue to be successfully led by directors David Vertannes, Nicholas Goulden and Oliver Smart.

Mr Smart said: “We are thrilled to be franchising LetCo through LSL Estate Agency Franchising. Whilst it will be business as usual for all landlords and tenants, we have some exciting plans in the works. The prospect of operating as an independent company gives us the flexibility to innovate and grow, enabling us to continue to deliver an excellent service.”
