Prime Day Kindle Deals
Our favorite budget e-readers are Amazon’s standard Kindle And thanks to Prime Day, it’s now down to $85 from its list price of $100. The lowest price we’ve tracked so far was $65 during last July’s Prime event.
The 2022 model is the latest release of the base model, and it comes with 16GB of storage, enough space to store thousands of books. The battery lasts for weeks, and it can hold more than just your Amazon Kindle library. Free eBooks From your local library.
of Amazon Kindle Paperwhite It adds a few features over the base Kindle model, including adjustable warm lighting, a larger 6.8-inch display, and an IPX8 waterproof rating. It’s currently on sale for $135 on Prime Day, down from a suggested retail price of $150. It was down to $95 on the last Prime Day.
Amazon Kindle Paperwhite Signature It earned high marks in our reviews when it was released in 2021, and for Prime Day, the price was reduced from $190 to $180. Like the Paperwhite, this 6.8-inch e-reader is waterproof and has a warm front light. The Signature edition adds wireless charging, auto-adjusting lighting, and a massive 32GB of storage. We particularly liked the thin bezels, responsive screen, and premium feel.
of Kindle Scribe It was marked down to $235 on Prime Day — normally $340 for the 16GB size with the Basic Pen — and it’s the only Kindle with stylus support, making it our top pick as an E-Ink tablet and e-reader combo.
When the Reader was launched in 2022, we gave it a review score of 85. We loved the virtually no stylus lag, the spacious 10-inch display, and the premium build.

It normally costs $120, but was discounted to $75 in a previous Prime Day sale. It’s currently down to $100.
