Are you looking for a new role or career that fits your personality? A recent report found that Resume genius We use wage data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics to map common personality types to career options.
Resume Genius is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator The (MBTI) personality test categorizes people into 16 different types based on a combination of eight traits: introversion (I) and extroversion (E), sensing (S) and intuition (N), thinking (T) and feeling (F), judging (J) and perceiving (P). For example, the INTJ personality type identifies more with introversion than extroversion, and with intuition, thinking and judging.

While the report claims to find the highest paying jobs by personality type, salaries vary widely, ranging from $239,200 to $52,910. The options recommended in this study may not be the definitive list of the best jobs you can find for a particular personality type, but they can provide a good starting point.
“Whether you’re an introvert or an extrovert, finding a job that aligns with your strengths and allows you to make a meaningful contribution is key,” Ed Huang, executive director of Resume Genius, said in the report, adding that “there are high-paying jobs out there for every personality type.”
