Fresh was entrusted by The Conygar Investment Company PLC to manage 693-bed student accommodation in The Island Quarter, a 36-acre £1.4 billion site in Nottingham.

Student residents will benefit from the development’s new and existing restaurants and bars, as well as the ‘green river’ of outdoor space that flows throughout the Islands Quarter, one of the UK’s largest regeneration sites.
The scheme, which will be operational in the 2024/25 school year, will also host Fresh’s signature Be Programme, a complete health and social program with clubs and experiences to maintain a healthy lifestyle. to residents and encourage engagement with the wider community. .
Fresh’s detailed resident insights are used to advise the design of the scheme and to attract residents to the amenity spaces, studio and cluster flat layouts, back of the homes and exterior spaces. This will ensure that these areas will not only attract the target demographics, but will also be designed to perform efficiently from an occupancy and operational perspective.
