The first home in the new development at the former Northfleet Cement Works site is expected to go up for sale in the coming weeks.
Bellway London plans to build over 500 new homes in its Harbor Village project on an abandoned brownfield site off the Creek.
The homebuilder will open its sales offices at the development on Saturday, February 4, 2023. When the first property is also put on the market.
Detailed plans for Phase 1 of Harbor Village’s 121 homes were approved in January 2022, and rough planning permission was granted in 2018 for a broader development of up to 532 homes.
Harbor Village will be part of the broader Ebsfried Garden City project, which will include approximately 15,000 residential units, along with shops, retail, office space, parks and public open spaces.

Harbor Village will include a new community center, retail, commercial and employment spaces, as well as an extension of the Fastrack bus route through the 76-acre property. The development will also include a new playing field, park and riverside promenade.
