Hibbert Homes, which covers the South Manchester and Stockport housing markets, has completed the acquisition of Sale’s Trading Places.
This is the first purchase in two years for Hibbert Homes, which purchased Stockport-based The Carrington Partnership in 2021.
Carrington Partnership was a family owned rental agency, but Hibbert Homes has added a sales side to the business since its acquisition.
Will Magdzinski, director of Hibbert Homes, said the acquisition of Trading Places, a “thriving sales and rental business,” would give the company “an even stronger reach in the region.”
Magdzinski told EYE: [Trading Places] It is a shop and trades as Hibbert Homes. We employ all of our staff and welcome them into the Hibbert Homes family. The previous owner has now left and we are in full control.
“We always wanted to have a presence in Sale just down the road from our first office in Hale village. is.
“We have a lot of connections there and are really looking forward to working in the area.”
Founded in 2011, Hibbert Homes plans to open a fourth office in the near future, Magdzinski said, and another acquisition could materialize if the right opportunity arises.
“The company is doing well, has an excellent turnover, and has nearly 400 properties for rent. Our plan is to continue to grow our business the Hibbert Homes way,” he said. Added.
