Oakhart Properties has completed the acquisition of Blackwater Estate on the Isle of Mercy, Essex.
Oakhart Properties, which covers the Suffolk and Essex real estate markets, plans to expand its services across the waters after the acquisition.
Founded in 2010 by Zavek and Victoria Orrin, Blackwater Estates is a respected family-owned agency with a long history of presence on the islands.
