North London Green House Estate Agents have been charged and ordered to pay £35,000 for breach of property licensing rules.

The elective license applies to all private rental housing occupied by one or two persons or one family household in the borough’s 14 areas.
A Highbury Corner Magistrate’s Court judge also ordered the Green House estate agent to pay costs totaling £2,348. He was also fined £2,000 for each charge.
