Crisis launches a new venture in partnership with Homes for Good, Scotland’s first social enterprise rental agency.

All profits from the agency are reinvested in helping people experiencing homelessness find new housing.
The rental brokerage will open in London later this year, with ambitions to expand across the UK, making it the first non-profit rental brokerage across GB.
It will build on the model provided by Scotland’s first social enterprise leasing agency. Homes For Good was founded in 2013 to improve conditions in the private rental sector for tenants and landlords, helping low-income people access quality housing in the private rental sector.
