infinite spaceCreator and provider of white-label flexible workspaces has launched a new partnership with UAE-based investment and holding company Sultan Holding.
The new operation will operate under the new flex space brand ‘Centrum’ at two landmark commercial locations within Sultan Holding’s real estate portfolio, Bay Gate Tower in Dubai and Sky Tower in Abu Dhabi. Two new flexible workspaces are integrated.
infinitSpace was founded by Wybo Wijnbergen, a former WeWork MD in Europe, and his brother Wilco Wijnbergen, a serial tech entrepreneur. We partner with landlords to transform traditional office spaces, create and operate white-label flexible workspace brands, and ensure maximum tenant traction as corporate demands evolve.
The company already has two flexible workspaces open and running in London, and will open three more in the Netherlands and one in Germany later this year. However, this new venture marks infiniteSpace’s expansion into his MENA region with two new locations in the UAE.
Centrum will open its first spaces in September 2023 at Bay Gate Tower in Dubai’s Business Bay and Sky Tower on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. Together, these add up to a total of 50,000 square feet of new flexible workspace. Over the next five years, the brand will expand to 20 locations in his MENA region, all of which will be connected to his global community of infiniteSpace colleagues through a first-class tenant app.
Founded in 1992, Sultan Holding is a UAE-based company that makes a significant contribution to the UAE’s society and economy. We handle strategic investments across diverse asset classes. Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Sultan Khaleb Al Farahi, the company has become one of the world’s leading real estate investors and managers.
infinitSpace and Sultan Holding collaborate to curate a new brand, Centrum. Featuring high-quality equipment and innovative technology integration, along with personal hospitality and community building, Centrum is able to provide businesses, small businesses and freelanders with a smooth and premium experience. Both locations will feature the latest workspace technology and top-of-the-line amenities, modernizing the two locations to reflect the global move towards post-pandemic flexible working.
