Actor Danny Masterlon, best known for his roles on “That ’70s Show” and “The Lunch,” was found guilty of two rapes in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday. However, the jury stalled on the third count, resulting in a mixed verdict.
This is the second rape trial for Masterson, who played Stephen Hyde on That ’70s Show, and the first ended in a stalemate last November, resulting in a miscarriage of justice.

Prosecutors charged Masterson with raping three women on separate occasions at his Hollywood Hills home from 2001 to 2003. Two of the accusers are members of the Church of Scientology, of which Masterson is also a member. Court documents show the church discourages women from reporting rapes to police, an allegation the church vehemently denies.
The Associated Press reported Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Moller told the court that Masterson slipped drugs into the drinks of his girlfriend and two women he met through the Church of Scientology.
“The evidence will show they were drugged,” Mueller said.
