Passengers on Florida’s Southwest Airlines went viral on Twitter after 20 passengers requested wheelchair assistance for boarding, but only three needed the necessary equipment to disembark. It has become.

Southwest responded quickly to the post.
“Mr. Paul, we apologize for the disappointment. Dozens of angry customers and passengers accepted comments blaming the airline and claiming they were in a similar situation.
