Lomond has further strengthened its presence in Chester by securing new acquisitions.
Denton Clark Rentals, founded in 1975, has been acquired by a fast-growing real estate brokerage group for an undisclosed sum.
Denton Clark Rentals, which provides rentals as well as sales and property management services, will relocate to adjacent offices at Matthews of Chester (MOC).
Since its founding in 2020, Lomond has acquired more than 50 companies across the UK and now has major locations in Scotland, Yorkshire, Manchester, Birmingham, Exeter and the South Coast. The acquisition of Denton Clark marks the company’s 17th acquisition in the Northwest region within the last three years.

Jennifer Morris, who spearheaded investment management for all landlords at Denton Clark, has joined the Matthews of Chester team and will continue in this role to ensure optimal continuity of service.

Lomond appoints former Chestertons CEO and Foxtons ex-CEO John Ennis
