London-based Wilford has expanded its lettings side by acquiring two agencies and their management portfolios.
The estate agency, which has branches in Kensington and Wandsworth, has acquired Cameron Pearson in South Kensington and Draper Estate Agents in Notting Hill.
In addition to his sales business, Wilford also operates long and short lets, covering a wide area of west, mid-west and south-west London.
Recent acquisitions have strengthened the Kensington office portfolio and Wilford is now looking to expand its lettings business at its Wandsworth branch, which covers much of south-west London. To continue its expansion, Wilfords has set aside £500,000 for further acquisitions over the next few years.
Simon Welfare, co-founder of Wilfords, said: “Since opening our first office in Kensington over 10 years ago, and now opening our Wandsworth branch 12 months ago, the lettings side of our business has grown rapidly. We have built an excellent reputation with landlords and tenants alike by providing a personalized and bespoke service.
“We are delighted to announce that we have acquired Cameron Pearson and Draper Estate Agents as part of our Kensington offering. We are now looking to build on the success of our newly established Wandsworth branch in London. We are actively looking to acquire other agencies in the Southwest.
“What sets Wilford apart from large corporations is that we are an independent, local real estate agency that continues to provide high-quality service to both landlords and tenants, while seamlessly delivering on our agents’ hard-won clients. We are able to provide a smooth transition.”
