Anthropic makes Claude AI more accessible on mobile. The company is claude mobile app For iOS. Anyone can download it for free. Similar to the mobile web version of the chatbot, the app syncs your conversations with Claude across devices, allowing you to move from your computer to the app (and vice versa) without losing your chat history. Users can also upload files and images directly from her iPhone’s gallery, or take photos on the fly, if they need Claude to process or analyze them in real time. Users can download and access the Claude app regardless of the plan they use, even if they have not paid for the service.
If you decide to pay for Claude, you have a new non-pro option. The new Teams plan offers more usage than the Pro level, so members can have more conversations with chatbots. It can also handle long documents such as research papers and contracts thanks to its 200,000 context windows. With the Team plan, users also have access to the Claude 3 model family, which includes Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku. Subscriber pricing is $30 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users per team.
Back in March, Anthropic claimed in a blog post that its Claude 3 language model outperformed ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini on several key industry benchmarks. The company says it benchmarks Claude 3 against its strongest rivals, with better performance in graduate-level reasoning, multilingual math, and coding (among many other metrics). Opus, the most powerful Claude 3 model, reportedly demonstrated “near-human” capabilities with rapid response speeds, making it ideal for more complex and time-sensitive tasks.
