Plaintiff Jennare Nielsen said Disney promoted the DreamKey Pass as a way to get unlimited admission to Disneyland, but when she tried to purchase and reserve a pass, she discovered that Disney had blocked off many days in November 2021, including all weekends.
“Nielsen was surprised because Disney had advertised and promised that there would be no ‘blockouts’ for DreamKey holders,” the lawsuit states.
Nielsen checked Disney’s website and found that Dream Passes were still being sold on the day they banned Dream Pass holders, so the ban wasn’t due to tickets being sold out.
