Taylor Swift wants the Kansas City Chiefs to keep winning, and it looks like she’s taken it upon herself to make that happen.
According to the team’s star quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, the singer is turning his attention to drawing plays for the team.
Speaking to NBC Ahead of the new NFL season, Mahomes praised Swift’s involvement and interest in the NFL since she began dating teammate tight end Travis Kelce.
Mahomes added that she’s “the most famous person in the world” and that “she’s really into football.”
“She asks a lot of great questions,” he continued. “She’s already written a script, so maybe we’ll have to put one in.”
The Chiefs, who won their fourth Super Bowl earlier this year, will open the new season on September 5th against the Baltimore Ravens.
It has yet to be confirmed whether the Grammy Award-winning musician will be at Arrowhead Stadium to support Kelsey on the big day.
A representative for Swift did not immediately respond to Business Insider’s request for comment sent outside normal business hours.
Mahomes also praised the pop star for the role he has played in introducing the NFL to young girls and women.
“I think it’s great to see girls and women really enjoying watching football,” the three-time Super Bowl MVP said.
“I’m a father of girls, so I know how wonderful it is to see these little girls, these little daughters, and how much they love spending time with their dad watching football,” Mahomes said.
Since she began dating Kelsey last year, Swift has attended multiple Kansas City Chiefs games to cheer on the team, and has been known to be a supporter of Kelsey’s. Improved performance in the field While Swift is watching.
