The U.S. Open’s signature cocktail, the Honeyduce, is the pot of gold of the tennis tournament.
The cocktail, which combines Grey Goose vodka, raspberry liqueur and lemonade and is topped with a tiny melon ball shaped like a tennis ball, is expected to bring in a staggering $10 million in sales this year. From CBS News.

Last year, thirsty fans at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens downed more than 450,000 Honeydeuces, which cost $23 each and are named after the tennis term for a 40-40 tie.

Other Grand Slam tournaments offer their own signature drinks, such as Wimbledon’s Pimm’s Cup and the French Open’s Champagne, but none can match the profitability of the U.S. Open’s drinks.
However, it is worth noting that this year French Open officials have banned alcohol in the stands due to rowdy fan behaviour.
The total prize money for the 2024 U.S. Open will be $75 million. 15% increase $3.6 million will be awarded to the singles winner, a 20 percent increase from last year.
