Entrepreneur Bedros Keuilian has experienced this change firsthand. An immigrant turned entrepreneur from a communist country, Keuilian is the founder and CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp. Fit Body Boot Camp he started in 2009 and now he is a franchise business with over 600 stores (From 355 in 2020), has been included in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Franchises in the World and three times on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies. Keuilian is now an investor and coach, working with entrepreneurs, New York Times bestselling authors and thought leaders to create profitable industry dominating brands and businesses.
Keuilian arrived in the United States with nothing at the age of six and has since founded a company worth over $200 million. He breaks down his success into his three key ingredients and shares them so other aspiring entrepreneurs can do the same. He interviewed Kilian to find out the secret of his transformation.
Consistency
Keuilian’s first business was the supplement company he started in 1997, when the Internet first appeared. But it didn’t end well. “I didn’t know how to build a business. I put no effort into sales or marketing and never did anything with consistency.” This pattern resurfaced in his second venture, an online software company in 2002. “I was an inconsistent leader and never discussed issues with his business partners, which ultimately led to the collapse of the business.” and learned the hard way to make it work.
Keuilian believes consistency is the backbone of his success, and it applies not just in business, but in fitness and relationships as well. He believes that “when you are consistent in something, the universe works with you to multiply the results you seek,” and uses the example of maintaining a happy marriage. Instead of the inconsistent “I’ll take my wife on a date haphazardly anytime” date night is firmly in my diary every Wednesday night.
When applied to training, consistency levels up sporadic results. In a business sense, Keulian believes consistency “enhances the results and the results you seek, whether it’s money, influence, influence, or market share.” Sometimes working is not enough. It’s not good to show your face when you feel like it. Consistency is overlooked because it looks dull. not sexy Business professionals trying to sell their courses for attention will tell you it’s overrated, but in many cases, true success is almost impossible without it.

“If you’re not focused on your business, you’ve got a great idea, you’ve started a business, you’ve got a logo, and the idea fairy is here again, and now you’re working on something new. That’s not the plan. The Idea Fairy shouldn’t be able to pull you away from something important. Keuilian knows that if we don’t fix this now, it will happen again and again. Your only option is to focus on one area and stick to it when new shiny objects appear.
Similarly in love, “When your eyes start to question and you’re looking at other people, you can see how it’s affecting your partner negatively,” Keulian said. But that’s not all. “Because I couldn’t focus on what was in front of me, I started to feel like I wasn’t a good role model for my kids, and I lost my confidence.” It means flowing and not losing energy on unimportant things.
Keuilian’s focus is money, including intergenerational wealth and financial freedom. “I was spending my days focused,” he said. “I had my attention on various business ideas that provided multiple sources of income and security for my family, but none of these businesses crossed the finish line and It all suffered in the end.” Side projects can be bad news for Focus. “We now know that the key to financial freedom and success lies in the singularity of focus. That’s when I really started to succeed.” Keuilian avoids working on more than one business at a time and extends simplicity throughout his approach. Now his four pillars of his family are faith, family, fitness and finances and he continues to focus on these areas no matter what.

The third pillar of Keuilian’s success, which he believes has played a key role in building a $200 million business portfolio, is his ability to get work done even when he doesn’t feel like it. “Imagine making the best sales calls only when you’re motivated, exercising only when it’s not cold or raining, or not showing up when you haven’t slept well.” It is not made. “I’m not going to overthink what I said I’m going to do. I’m just going to do it,” he added.
“When we were building the company from the ground up, even if we made little progress, it took discipline to keep the work going,” he explained. “But I was so focused on creating a better future that even when I woke up bitter and angry, I made it through.” I felt rewarded. “One thing that really helped me build my self-discipline was signing up for a marathon with only six weeks left. Discipline is another trait that is often overlooked because most people consider it too difficult. They see discipline and hear boring, dull and monotonous things. But discipline can remove friction. You no longer have to make arbitrary decisions about what to wear or what to eat. You know what to wear, what to eat, and what to do because you’re already committed. And because you are disciplined, you will stick to a plan and stick to it.

Developing these skills yourself is not enough.
