Alienware today unveiled a number of revamped PC gaming peripherals on its Twitch livestream. Additionally, they revealed pricing and release information for the latest laptops from CES.
First, with the mechanical Alienware Tri-Mode Wireless Gaming Keyboard, you’ll be able to connect in three ways: a 2.4GHz wireless USB-C dongle (dongle extender included), Bluetooth 5.1, or a detachable USB-A to USB-C paracord cable. You can connect. The keyboard uses Cherry MX Red switches (100 million actuation lifecycles), programmable rocker switches and dials, anti-ghosting, and N-key rollover. The keyboard starts at $290 and will be available April 14th in the US and China, and May 19th in the rest of the world.

The wired tenkeyless gaming keyboard is a slimmer, more compact mechanical model. It also uses Cherry MX Red switches, doubleshot PBT keycaps, anti-ghosting and N-key rollover. The underside of the keyboard has integrated cable routing and can be left, right, or centered depending on your setup (USB cable is removable). Supports per-key RGB lighting with 16.8 million colors. Available now for $160.
Alienware also announced a dual-mode wireless gaming headset that connects to your PC using the included USB-C dongle or 3.5mm audio cable. The 45 mm wide headband has sliding adjustment and fabric-covered memory foam ear cups. Alienware says it has plenty of room with a “comfortable contact point with your head.” It includes a retractable boom mic that can cancel background noise in your audience when you’re speaking (not to be confused with active noise cancellation). In addition, the headset uses 40mm drivers and supports Dolby Atmos. Finally, the company says the battery will last up to 30 hours. The headset is available now and costs $160.

The company also announced a second model, the Alienware Wired Gaming Headset. It must be connected via USB or a 3.5mm cable, but is otherwise functionally equivalent to the wireless model. It also supports Dolby Atmos and has RGB lighting. It features a 45mm sliding headband, fabric-encased memory foam earcups, and a retractable boom mic with AI-powered voice isolation. The headset is priced at $100 and will be available April 14th in North America and China, and May 19th for the rest of the world.
The final piece of newly announced gear is the Alienware Wireless Gaming Mouse. It features a sculpted right-handed design with a dedicated thumb channel that “helps provide comfortable control during long gaming sessions.” It has independent L/R keyplates and optical switches. According to Alienware, the mouse’s sensor supports up to 26,000 dots per inch to track quick movements at 650 inches per second and a maximum acceleration of 50G. Additionally, there are tactile grip zones. Alienware promises up to 140 hours of battery life, and the company says a 5-minute charge (with low battery) will give him 10 hours of uptime. The mouse (launched in China last week) is available in North America today and in other countries on March 31st. It costs $100.

The company also announced new pricing and release information for the products it unveiled at CES. The Alienware m16 and m18 laptops will launch on his March 7th in all Intel and Nvidia variants. The m16 starts at $1,899 and the m18 starts at $2,099. Meanwhile, the Dell G15 ($899+) and G16 ($1,499+) will be available in Intel/Nvidia flavors on March 21st. (AMD options for all these models will be available in Q2, with pricing information coming later.) Finally, the Alienware x15 R2 will launch in early April with a starting price of $1,799. .
