What is included in the regular monthly fee?

The full Disney Plus catalog is included in the standard subscription price, but Disney occasionally offers early access to select titles in theaters for an additional $30. It’s called “Premier Access”.
The first Disney Plus Premier Access movie was Mulan, released in September 2020. Disney will release Raya and the Last Dragon, Cruella, Marvel’s Black Widow and Jungle Cruise via Premier Access sometime in 2021. All of these movies ended up in the Disney Plus catalog after about three months of use on Premier Access.
Disney has not announced plans to release additional Premier Access films in 2023.
