Starting a new job can be stressful, so as a leader, it’s important to make sure new hires feel welcome and supported from the start. Here, 12 Young Entrepreneur Council Members share onboarding strategies that leaders can use to ensure new hires feel welcome and are off to a successful start.

1. Host an office gathering
