Dorset-based AJC Group has pledged to build 500 affordable homes across the Wessex region by 2028, while pledging to raise £10,000 for a local homeless charity. bottom.

Hope Charity CEO Julie Berti said: A £10,000 pledge will make a real difference to what we do in Bournemouth and Poole. A portion of the money raised will go to crisis counseling for people who need urgent help when they first arrive at one of our homes. The funds also help people transition to independent living by donating towards the necessary deposits for their own accommodation. ”
The Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge will take place over the weekend of 13th and 14th May 2023 on the coastal paths of Purbeck, Dorset. Six sites are currently under construction by the AJC Group, including the Ockford-Fitzpain Village development near the Blandford Forum. Lindsey Road, The Sloop and Herbert Avenue Live Projects are all located in Poole and the Sonnet Apartment Scheme is in Bournemouth. The multi-award winning house builder recently started construction on his one of its biggest projects. The project will provide Astor Group with his 57 affordable homes and apartments within the revitalization plan of the former Dorchester Brewery.
