Samsung hasn’t been shy about the stars of Unpacked. The company hasn’t revealed the name of the new hardware, but the company is expected to announce the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5. But this year, the priorities are reversed. Usually book-style folds are the highlight, but this year the flip clamshell is the pre-show buzz.

Both Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 (shown in OnLeaks/)smart pre The leak below) reportedly features a “waterdrop” hinge that narrows the gap when closed, slims the profile, minimizes display wrinkles, and introduces dust resistance for the first time in Samsung’s foldable offering. Both phones should fit easier in your pocket than last year’s models and should be able to withstand daily abuse.

Otherwise, don’t expect major renovations. Both the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 are believed to use the same customized Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip as the S23 family, offering improved performance and efficiency compared to last year’s foldables. The Flip will have a 6.7-inch 120Hz internal display, while the Fold will have a similarly fast 7.6-inch internal panel with a 6.2-inch 120Hz external display.

The Z Flip 5 will have a 12MP main and ultra-wide camera, while the Z Fold 5 will have a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 10MP telephoto camera. However, the two phones may have upgraded sensors, which could improve performance in low light and other challenging conditions.
There are no confirmed rumors regarding the price or release date of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5. However, last year’s Flip and Fold models started at $999 and $1,799 respectively, and we expect similar prices this time around. Given that Samsung tends to ship newly announced hardware within weeks, these phones are expected to arrive in his mid-August.

Onleaks/My Smart Price
If last year’s Galaxy Watch 5 felt like a lukewarm update, don’t worry. Samsung may soon release a smartwatch worthy of an upgrade. The company has subtly hinted that the Galaxy Watch 6 is coming to Unpacked, with rumors coming from OnLeaks and OnLeaks. My smart price We recommend the return of the physical rotating bezel in the Classic or Pro versions. If so, you’ll scroll through the interface with a more satisfying motion than the current model’s touch-sensitive edge. This control scheme also gives high-end watches a more traditional look.
Other updates may be more iterative if they are still evaluated. sam mobile Claim The Galaxy Watch 6 uses the new Exynos W980 chip, which offers slightly faster speeds and potentially longer battery life. galaxy club recently spotted Certification of future watches with larger batteries.

No pricing or release date has been announced for the Galaxy Watch 6, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the lineup starts at nearly $279 for the base Watch 4 model and scales up to $450 for the Classic or Pro.

It wouldn’t be surprising if the Galaxy Tab S9 family shipped around the same time as the foldable model, or perhaps in mid-August. The price is also expected to be about the same as the Tab S8. That brings the regular S9 to $700, the S9+ to $900, and the S9 Ultra to $1,100. With that in mind, the S8 series costs $50 more than the comparable S7. Further price increases cannot be ruled out.
Wildcards: Mixed Reality Hardware and Galaxy Tab S8 FE

Samsung is known for throwing the occasional surprise at its Unpacked presentation, and it has several contenders this summer. Most notably, Samsung announced in February that it was working on a mixed-reality wearable device with backing from Google (for optimized Android releases) and Qualcomm (for chipsets). There are no signs of imminent implementation yet, but I wouldn’t be shocked if Samsung spoke more about the project.
For that matter, the Galaxy Tab S9 may not be the only tablet. Rumors have long persisted that the Galaxy Tab S8 FE, like the S7 FE, will fill the gap between Samsung’s budget A-series tablets and the S9. Not many details, but win futureRoland Quandt listen The S8 FE may use an LCD with a Wacom digitizer for pen input. Low-end chips and other compromises shouldn’t come as a surprise either.
