An independent estate agent based in Somerset and Bristol and covering the South West has completed its first acquisition.
Property Center, which was founded six years ago in Taunton, has acquired Colters Ltd, which previously traded as Gibbins Richards Lettings.
Property Center has typically focused on sales, but in recent months it has made a strategic decision to expand its rental properties. This follows the opening of her second office in Bristol.
“After opening an office in Bristol and expanding our presence within the city, Property Center turned our attention to real estate rentals,” said Charlie Luke, Property Center’s director of operations. “We decided to acquire a long-established rental business with the intention of continuing to do so.”

Following the completion of the acquisition of Kordtards Ltd, Luke informed EYE that The Property Center will expand further, with the estate agent planning to open a third branch.
“Our business has two offices, one in Taunton, which we are also currently renting, and one in Bristol. We are also opening a third branch in Bridgwater soon. ” she said.
Dan Saunders, Director of Rentals at Property Center, warmly welcomed the new members of the team.
