We hope you had a quiet Memorial Day. It was a quiet day in terms of technology. simply I fought the urge to copy and paste yesterday’s TMA into today’s newsletter hopper.
There’s been a few glimpses of gaming news, and E3’s successor, Summer Games Fest, kicks off in just over a week. SGF takes place on June 7th. Leaks suggest we may see a new soccer game at some point to rival EA’s non-FIFA franchises. We may also see more classic RPGs, and a big announcement at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9th. Expect to hear about the next Call of Duty title. What about PlayStation? It’s got a presence, but will it have new games?
Although SGF is still a young program, it has been successful in turning indie games into a platform, which Devolver Digital may be able to take advantage of. a lot There are tons of games to play, so don’t worry if you’re not a gamer – once SGF ends, Apple’s WWDC begins.
But the biggest question is, where can I find the best tacos in DTLA and can you tell me? I’ll be in LA in a few weeks covering a game show.
