A former senior Pentagon leader who studied UFOs is set to release a long-awaited book in August of this year. Accidentally I ordered from a fake Amazon listing and received a fake book that looked exactly like the real thing on the surface.

One of the shoppers who pre-ordered on Amazon Imminent Last week I received the book with the cover I expected, but when I opened it, it was full of blank pages.
I asked my wife to add/pre-order Lou Elizondo I added the book to my Amazon list and was shocked when she told me it arrived 2 days later lol.
Needless to say, we were duped.

a post Another X user reported that there was a counterfeit copy of the book on Amazon with the same cover but a different author (Didier Alarie), which was listed for a lower price.
By the way, nonLou Elizondo Imminent version on Amazon – Be careful ?? And…check the release date/author before buying anything ??

Elizondo Clarified The issue of listing fraudulent books on Amazon, even though he was the sole author of the book, Imminent.
“Fake books on Amazon have been a problem for years,” said Mary Rathenberger, CEO of the Authors Guild. NPR March.
According to Rathenberger, it seems like every new book that comes out is one that’s “trying to steal sales.”

This issue has not been resolved by Amazon either. the current Sellers can upload up to three books per day.
Copyrighted books are also allegedly being used to train AI.
Author and comedian Sarah Silverman, along with authors Christopher Golden and Richard Kadrie, filed a lawsuit against ChatGPT’s developer, OpenAI, last year, alleging that ChatGPT was trained using their copyrighted books.
