Federal authorities arrested YouTuber Alex Choi on Thursday on charges stemming from a Fourth of July video he posted last summer in which two women are seen setting off fireworks from a helicopter at a blue Lamborghini to the tune of Miley Cyrus’ song “Party in the USA.”
