But there are good reasons behind HOA’s tough approach. The goal is to ensure practices that keep the community safe and engaging.
A recent LendingTree study found that more than 1,000 homeowners explain their feelings about HOAAccording to LendingTree, complaints about HOA costs usually appear most often to those who have been notified of membership rule violations.
Below are the most common HOA violations, according to those surveyed.
