2021 and 2022 has been a tough year for business around the globe. In your experience can you share how businesses prosper in 2023?

The covid crisis has been a positive for our business as we’ve been coaching on zoom for 6 years prior.

The lesson is to get tech savvy, have a purposeful mission, and attract a team with a similar drive to live their best lives making a difference to others.

Lessons that we’re reaffirmed include;

Never let fear get in the way of your “creating”

Life is beautiful, find your tribe and collaborate with them.

Entrepreneurs are the value drivers of society, full stop!

The economy has been turned on it’s head in the wake of the pandemic. What should businesses focus on in 2023?

Improving their digital capabilities and elevating their personal and business brands, their real equity builders.

What are the pro’s & con’s of working from home and have you any first hand experience?

Yes, I have experience and it was fun for a while, however as I put on my entrepreneurial hat I’d say not the way to go if you want to build high-quality relationships and trust, especially for younger and not connected professionals.

Human beings are emotional animals and need personal live interaction long-term for their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

How can business owners combat the rise of inflation and what have you done that you can share?

Inflation is a worldwide problem and our approach has been that we’ll support our clients at this time by not increasing costs but importantly adding even more value to all our services.

In the last 5 years we have seen the rise to Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFT’s, Digital Marketing and many more! What do you think will impact the world most in regards to online selling?

Yes, I have had experience for the last 7 years, and I’m an enthusiastic advocate.

On a more subtle note. If you could have dinner with three people, dead or alive who would it be and why?

Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, and Gandhi.

The why is because they represent justice in an at times unjust world, I’d love to know more of their personal struggles on their mission, the stuff that the books didn’t write about.

Reading is still one of the most popular ways to learn anything. What is your most recommended book(s) by who and what did you learn from them?

Awareness by Anthony De Mello

I read it over 30 years ago and learned that awareness is power and life is an illusion 🙂

What is your purpose for getting out of bed each day and what do you aim to achieve in the future?

I love to create true ‘aha’ moments for people and give back to them the gifts that I’ve fortunate to have.
